Its been 3 weeks since he pooped

Title, its been 3 weeks since my dragon Grunt pooped. Ive been giving him baths and massages daily this week in order to help him, and even got prune baby food to try and feed him to help. He is still active, moving around and eating his worms, but he wont poop. The nearest exotic vet is over 2 hours away and it would be a real inconvenience to go out there. Are there any other home remedies I can do to help him? Im starting to get real worried.

Can you give us a rundown on his setup so we can help find the problem.

Temps: basking spot, warm end and cool end and how you get these readings.
Substrate: sand carpet or tile ... ect...
Diet
Age
Size of enclosure
I know it seems unimportant but it helps us a lot.

Basking spot is around 100 and cool side is around 80, thermometer with probe
Tile floor
Greens and Butterworms
2 year old
4x2x2

It's not uncommon for this to happen with adult dragons, and almost never warrants a vet visit unless the dragon is actively straining to poo, looks weak , lethargic, etc. But more home remedies are ....canned pumpkin [ no spices ] baby food squash, cucumbers....add about 1/4 tsp. of veg. oil or raw honey [ warm the honey slightly so it's easier to work with if it's too thick] Then next day give an extra warm bath or put him in a very warm room, on a heat pad covered with a towel that you don't mind throwing away if he dirties it. He will probably go any day now.

Ok thank you for the assurance. Like I said he is still active so Im not too worried but this is the longest its been since he has gone.
