Issues w/order

Wow! You'll be set, haha. I would still take that video just in case. It really couldn't hurt! I know through dealing with them in the past that they are a very honest company, but it can never hurt to have proof.
At one point I had ordered 500 small dubia roaches and 2 weeks after I had received them I realized I was almost out, and my beardie was eating MAYBE 20 a day! I messaged them about the issue of being short almost 300 roaches and they sent me a replacement, no questions asked. I hope if you have any issues it goes well!

I know right?! Feeders for days :lol:
I guess it was hit or miss type of thing. Just would of been nice to send something. Now i get an email saying:

Your order is out for delivery
Your order is out for delivery and should be delivered today. Please be home when the package is delivered. If there are any issues, contact us within 1 hour of delivery. Track your shipment to see the delivery status.

Once i get the package going to hit record on phone *cross fingers*

Maybe I should go check the post office for my order after work today :lol: They never gave me a tracking number because they technically already sent the rest of my order (with no note saying the grubs were on their way)..

Really they did not give you one? Thats odd. I would go check to make sure.
Interesting so my order was suppose to be delivered yesterday and i checked on status says:
Alert!
Delivery status not updated
The delivery status for this item has not been updated as of July 26, 2017, 11:40 pm.

I checked everywhere on my porch front door, mailbox, no signs of package. This keeps getting more stressful and annoying :roll: :?

DUBIAROACHES.COM DID ARRIVE YESTERDAY AND WERE ALL ALIVE!!

Only thing is... they did not put the nutrigrubs in the box! So now i have to contact them and tell them. What a week i am having with these online orders :? :evil:
