Is this normal?

This is Max. I have posted about him before and about my worries on his health. I received more responses on this forum to here is my worry....

It may be hard to see, but I think Max's left leg/"knee" joint is swollen? Is this normal? Also, it looks like it's most of his leg and not just the joint area too.

That does look a bit swollen. I would pick up that T5 UVB light and have it about 12'' above his basking area. That along with calcium dusted bugs a couple of times per day should help sort out any calcium related issues which this may be.
