Is this lighting dangerous??

I recently bought a larger terrarium from a Craigslist listing- it came with a lighting timer, a perfect uvb light, and three lamps (previously belonged to hermit crab owner). Anyway, it is a 55 gallon or so. This morning my 75 watt bulb went out, so we replaced it later today with a 100 watt. My question is, do I use the much smaller lamp for the new light that I already had, or the much larger one with a reflective-like surface on the inside? I am afraid if I use the wrong one, something will catch on fire while I am gone for the day. I will attach pictures below.

Either one of those would be fine. I'd probably go with the bigger one, but it really won't matter much.
