Is this honey safe for helping with my beardie’s mouth sore?

Hi please help! I just noticed a red sore developing in my beardie’s mouth. I’m currently unable to afford a Vet visit and want to make sure that I’m not going to make things worse for him by using the wrong honey. I’m going to start with honey for 2-3 days and see how it looks before I try treating it with diluted antiseptics(I already looked into which ones I need) Any and all help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
