Is this black bearding?

Only part of my bearded dragons beard is dark. I didn’t think it was shedding at first. But, I think it might be shedding because the other parts of her beard haven’t shed in a while and look duller. Now I can’t tell whether she has a dark beard or not because I might only have the tiny sliver to look at. The one part of her beard is like a dark brown a lot. Is that or any of these black bearding?

Ok, thank you! Do they just do partially black bearding. Or do I need to fix it. Because I’m not sure what would be causing it. Although I have noticed it more prominent on the basking like was mentioned in the other post.

She has been having diarrhea. But this isn’t new. I had it tested for parasites twice. She eats a lot of greens, so I thought maybe it is that. Because she had a good poop a few poops ago. Then, some more mushy and diarrhea ones. I don’t know if that could cause anything.

She just did this beard. I think this is what it looks like when she definitely dark bearding. She did it randomly too.

Could any of these be reasons. Today her basking was warmer than normal on accident. I’m not sure if it was like that before this morning. Another thing I could think of is that on Sunday someone else fed her and I also fed her with gloves on Sunday. But, she didn’t seem to mind at the time.

I’m not 100% sure. But there is a chance it gets better when I hand him some of his food.

She did just poop. So that could explain why her beard was very dark. The last poop’s urate was liquidy. But this urate was just small harder/powdery chunks.

It could be that the entire bottom is black bearding cuz of the shed cuz it looks like it's black underneath the shed too . It could be many things but I don't know. I'll have other take a look.

Yes, I believe that was her entire bottom too. I think she needed to poop. She pooped twice. And now it looks like the original pictures again.

I thought that is what happened. And I looked at her again and it is back to being dark

I think you're fine. They will go through various shades. Sometimes when Sir Henry gets up in the morning he has some darker coloration like you are mentioning. We liken it to the blanket face you get when you wake up after sleeping on creased blankets, but for him it's "vine face". Below is more what one would call black bearding.

Would something like this be considered dark. It is kinda brown.
