Is this a healthy baby?

He just started eating 50+ feeders a day when we started Phoenix worms and now he looks pretty pudgy. Is this normal? I know he's a baby, I just worry. He's still pooping regularly (usually once a day, though he didn't poop yesterday and I got worried, but mom said he did today) and never seems to lose his appetite...

Oh, he's 2 1/2 months-ish, 7 inches.

Also in terms of poop, because a lot of people mention it, my dragon's poop never has the watery casing around it. It's always well formed, but generally dry. Should I bathe him, drip water on his nose more to make sure he's not getting dehydrated? I don't think he is, but I've yet to see him poop with that watery casing that I've seen others post pictures of, so I worry he doesn't have enough moisture.

Might be because he has yet to be interested in salad?

He looks pretty healthy to me. His appetite is good and if his energy level is up, sounds like he's doing just fine. You can always offer him water by dripping some on his nose. He may want some and lick it up or he may ignore it. He should be getting plenty of hydration from his feeder bugs but it doesn't hurt to offer him some more.

His increased appetite might really just be his normal appetite now that he's been here a couple of weeks and has settled in a bit. Maybe he was eating less before because he was a bit stressed out still, who knows. He's a growing boy, I best let him get his chow on.

I just don't want him to get fat! Lol. Though I suppose at this age it's all being put to use as he grows.

He'll be fine .... only adult beardies who never get out to run about and are overfed get fat.

I'm feeling like a proud mom today! Hermes had two great poops that haven't been dry and he even ate some mustard greens (albeit from my hand because I should've known he would need to have his veggies hand delivered). And we had snuggles last night and this morning.

It's like we're finally to a place where I don't need to worry about him anymore. Now I just get to watch him grow grow grow! Thanks for your help everyone!

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
