Is my beardie brumating?

Hello all, I just needed some quick advice. My beardie has a little shed I built for him and lately he has been spending all day just sleeping in there. Im wondering if he is brumating and if so that means I should stop buying and feeding him crickets until he becomes more active? He just pooped because i took him out of his shed and put him in the heat but now he is back in it. I want him to rest if he needs to but feel uncomfortable not feeding him.

Sometimes they just slow down for a while and it's normal. I would keep offering a salad and offer bugs as well but don't force them. Just make them available so he can take what he wants. How is his weight? I would monitor his weight and if that's steady he is probably fine.
