You are offering only mealworms as a treat? Do you use any other types of feeders daily (crickets, roaches, grub, etc.)? Up until 1 to 2 years, bearded dragons should be eating mainly protein through live feeders. Maybe I missed that part in your post?

The freeze dried stuff is no good. Use live feeders, as many as your dragon will eat in 10 minutes, twice daily. Mealworms are also no good as they can't digest the hard chitin shell. I suggest Phoenix Worms (Reptiworms) or dubia roaches. I don't like crickets personally as they smell, are loud, and I'm paranoid of pinworms. :D

Baby beardies don't tend to really fill out until they're bigger. If you want to post a picture, we can try to see if it looks healthy. Just look for a nice healthy "Buddha" belly after eating. Darwin used to eat about 30ish crickets per day. Is he eating as many crickets as he wants in 10-15 minutes or are you stopping after a certain point?

He does sound small and under weight for his age. My dragon is right around 7 months and weighs over 300 grams. Start feeding him more bugs and offer them in the morning before greens, he needs the protein right now.

Oh, she looks good. Maybe a bit small but doesn't appear to be underweight at all. Try to increase her cricket feedings to twice a day and could you please check what brand of UVB you have? There should be a name stamped on the bulb, how long have you had the UVB? They need to be replaced every 6 months.

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
