Since you just got your baby, its very likely that it is relocation stress. This happens whenever a beardie's environment changes. like going from a petstore into someones home. This can last for a week or more, and during this time the beardie will hardly eat, if eat at all. Usually, the beardie will be fine for the first day or two, but then the relocation stress sets in.

Once the relocation stress settles, your baby will be back to normal, assuming your set up is correct?

Can you go over your set up with us?

What are you measuring your temperatures with?

Unfortunately, that uvb bulb has been known to cause sickness and lethargy in bearded dragons, the only uvb bulb in the US that we recommend is the ReptiSUN 10.0 tube. It is really the only uvb only bulb that gives off a proper wavelength for bearded dragons.

Sorry, I didn't know you were in the Uk. In that case, thats even better, because the UK has a bulb that is a bit better than the reptisun, which is the Arcadia 12%.

Just because they are breeders, doesn't mean they know everything. Lots of us on here have been taking care, and breeding, dragons for decades, and through an open forum like this, we all can discuss what is good and what is bad. And what we know is, reptiglos are bad uvb bulbs, they cause eye problems, they cause lethargicness, since they don't produce the right amount of uvb they can cause MBD due to a lack of calcium absorbtion due to a lack of D3 because of the uvb bulb.

There are no bad stories about the Arcadia 12% or the Reptisun 10.0. Which is why we recommend them.
If you are going to keep the reptiglo it would be best to actually just turn it off. It causes more harm than good.

Hello,

Yes, definitely keep the Reptiglo 10 light off now. The Reptisun 10 30 watts is a 36 inch long tube bulb, correct? If so, that would be fine. Make sure it is mounted directly beside the basking light at 6-8 inches from him.
I hope that he doesn't die on you. Keep him well hydrated, if you can. Have you tried bathing him in warm, shallow water yet?
How do his eyes look today?

Hello,

He is likely still feeling the ill effects from the light.
Try bathing him in very shallow warm water but do not leave him unattended as he can drown easily being a baby. If you have any plastic eye droppers, try seeing if he will take a few drops off of the dropper to help hydrate him more.
Has he eaten anything for you?

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
