Is it normal for beardies to try to stay cooler during shedding? My tank is set up so the temperatures are correct, and he never really seemed to have a problem thermoregulating until he started shedding this week. Now he is only staying on the cool side. I tried switching the lamp to the other side, and he just moved to the cool side again. He just started doing this. Is it normal? Is it because he is shedding? Any input?

well like u sed its shedding. they always act funny when they r in shed. wait till it comes off n if it still persist, den u cud consider it a problem. try givin the beardie a warm bath, dat usually does the heat thing if thats what ur worried about. it also hydreates n stimulates bowel movements so theyll poop too.
