Is it Brumation?

HI I have 2 bearded dragons in a 20L cage. They are about 6 months old. Have not had any problems with either until about 1 1/2 weeks ago one of them, Sienna, stopped eating. She just lays around and will sometimes go under the bridge. The temp right now is at 80 on the hot side due to a tight beam bulb I got from a well known pet store. The lady said this was fine and the temp is ok, she has beardies too. I have had this buld in for a month or so. I am wondering if I need to remove Sienna from this cage and give her her own space or if I should just keep them together. Enzo eats just fine and will eat out of my hand. Sienna is just so lethargic. What do I do?

I would try it because sometimes when they are dominated that causes them to stop eating and basking.
