Introducing...Tiamat

After many questions, I have finally named my girl! Introducing....Tiamat (Tia for short). I just got Tia as a 3 month old dragon. At this point, she looks like a girl...we'll see if that changes! She was sold as a citrus, at the moment she looks like she is citrus with possible blue bars. I'm already in love! She can be really goofy and likes to hand out (literally) in very odd positions! She's also quite a jumper! Onto the pics....

Me too! Her head and body are looking like they're getting ready still...hopefully it will start soon! Currently, we're getting lots of baths (which she still hates) and

Well, we went on our first outing today! I don't know why I was nervous...she's a champ! While she's not a fan of me pushing her legs around to put on the harness, she doesn't seem to care once its on. As long as I was touching her, she didn't mind the car, walked around Petco for abit and got some attention, and went home. At least, she's just hanging out on me so I'm assuming she was fine!

It was also my first time walking around with a lizard...its amazing the amount of attention you get! Gotta love the dragon!

Well...the full body shedding is starting (at least, her head is starting and the torso is looking ready!). Poor little girl is so itchy...she's actually going around dragging her head against the tile!

It'll happen fast now. Thresh shed her full head in a day once it started peeling. I still haven't found all the shed. :lol:

Well its been awhile...I've been crazed with work! Tia is still doing great! At approaching 5 months, she's about 13.5 inches and is loving life. I brought her into school and the kids loved her! Anyway, here she is, having a nice bask and chilling out.

Well, its been forever since I posted. Tia is still doing amazing! I bring her in to school about once a week and the kids love her. In fact, we've had other classes come visit and my students taught them about her. She's a pretty imperturbable little girl and has figured out that the kids will give her her favorite treats so she's usually pretty happy to go in.

She's also getting so much bigger! She's just under 7 months now and is about 17 inches and filling out. Looking at old pictures, its amazing to see how much she's grown!!
