Infertal egg?

This morning, we found what I thought was a spot of urate in Mia's tank. When we cleaned it out, it was hard and when squeezed, seemed to leak a yellow substance. Would this be an infertal egg? She has been overly active over the past week and has been trying to dig through the tiles in her cage all day. I'm wondering if I should insert a lay box.

1/2 tile, 1/2 paper towel substrate
Hot side temp - 94
Cool side temp - 80
24" Reptisun (two months old)
bathed once/wk

We picked her up from a local reptile shop about 1 year ago, so she would be around 1 year old.....

Her front nails are extremely short now and she is keeping them raised off the floor....

If you think it is an egg then yes you need to put her in a lay box or put one in her cage just in case she has more which she probably does. If she is digging that much still she more than likely needs to lay more eggs so get that lay box in there and she will probably end up laying them that evening and you can freeze the eggs for a night then throw them out.
