HAHA well she's not here yet! But being shipped from Holland. I've always been drawn to color and deep saturation so I'm really curious about how she'll look. Ill take several pictures in different light for you Check back in 2014. Maybe I'll be lucky and have some light eyed hypotrans wits. I'm a dreamer, I know But we'll see....

Quick, easy, safe, TEMPORARY basking spot, anyone?

Ho w exciting ! For a temporary basking platform you can use cardboard egg crating or one of those cardboard drink : trays " from a fast food place or something similar. Or get a nice stick from outdoors + pop it in the oven for 45 minutes at 250 degrees, or pick up a nice rock, scrub it in soapy hot water, rinse well + let dry.

Real quick, before I post photos...
Should I be soaking her and feeding her shortly after arrival? I feed in a separate tank and I donr want to stress her out. But she had such a looong journey.

I would wait until maybe after a day or two after he arriving and just put her in her tank because with her having such a long journey she probably is scared and stressed. I mean unless if she doesn't seemed scared or stressed then you could go for it but like I said if she seems scared then yeah I would wait a day or teo so she could settle down
