Identify the creature...

My beardie hasn't been well recently and waiting to collect stool sample as vet suspects parasites.
Where my dragon was sleeping I just found these creatures nesting under her rear. They may just be larvae from her feed (recently had a couple of waxworks and morioworms, but fear they may be bad. Just removed four of the alien looking creatures.

the creatures are feeder worms turned to larvae from being in the Vic a while. it is better not to leave worms or crickets in the Vic after the dragon is done eating. they can bite the dragon and disturb its sleep. We feed our three dragons outside their vivs to make sure this does not happen.

I have noticed that if I don't refrigerate my Mealworms, the worms start to turn into larvae and then hatch as beetles. Don't keep live feed in his tank when he's not eating, especially overnight as crickets and mealworms have been known to attempt to feed on the dragon.

My son accidently left a superworm in frankies viv one morning and by the time we got home, frankie had three serious bites on his leg. We are extra cautious now. I treated the bites with betadine solution.
