I Want to Make My Beardie a Dog Costume

Hello! There's a dog activity day at my local park coming up, and I want to bring my beardie. Obviously not to interact with the dogs, but we go to the park a lot and I thought it would be a funny idea.

I need y'all's help, though - how can I do this? The most I can think of is a little hat with dog ears. I'm pretty crafty, and made her a harness and bunny ears for Easter before, but I'm coming up blank on this. If you can help, thank you!
