I found some rocks outside and let them soak in hot water with a little bleach. Then i scrubbed them and then soaked them again in hot water and rinse them off. I noticed after i put the rocks in my dragon would bite the rocks is this normal. He is also shedding around his mouth and tail.
Any questions and what do you think of my setup

Are there white spots on the rocks? And is this the area he's biting? It's possible he is confusing the white specs with calcium powder. Mine did that at first when I put his new stones in, but after a day or so he learned it was not calcium and never bit at them again. He does however rub his face all over them when he's shedding!

Soaking in bleach does the trick. I use a 1 to 10 ratio on my stuff. You may wanna think about a digital thermometer the little disk ones you have can be off as much as 20. There is a good post on the enclosure forum about how off they are.

Mine did that now and then too, and would rub his face on the rock to remove his shed.
