I am truly a sucker!!!

Hey Everyone,
So Drago has been brumating and I have been missing him.Tonight was his scheduled bath time so I couldnt wait to wake him up so I could give him some much needed attention and when I say much needed I mean me not him :wink: So I gave him a nice long bath and cleaned his tank out and not wanting to push the issue I decided to put him back in his tank shortly after that.Apparently he disagreed and as soon as the screen opened he figured out what was about to happen so he shot up my shoulder and down onto the middle of my back and got the firmest death clamp onto my sweatshirt.If I had been home alone he would have stayed there all evening because there was really no way for me to reach him and he knew it!Well being the sucker I am I let him hang there as I went about my buisness of course hunched over so he would be comfortable on his "new furniture"for about an hour until the pain in my back just got the better of me and I had my son pry him off of me but not before he took a couple pics :mrgreen:

I will tell you, every beardie we've owned seem to like that part of our body to sit on. Redrock liked that place, Miss O and Miss Y would always try that spot. Miss Y would like to go there and a little to the left and chew on my hair. No matter how often I said to her: "This CAN'T be healthy for you, NO CHEW!" She would give me this certain look that said "I'm going to wait until you forget and I'm going to chew again."

Hehe its funny you said this because only 3 days ago Dex did this for the first time. I felt a tug on my hair when she was on my shoulder and she'd just decided to NOM a chunk of hair, she wasnt chewing... she was just sat there, happy as larry, with a mouthful of hair.

Perhaps she thought she'd found my leash....

I can totally sympathize with the beardie-back ride, but mine's the reverse. Pookie would barely hang on to my shirt so I'd have to arch my back to the point where I'd have stabbing pains going up/down my back.

Well, she got the hoodie, she kept wiggling around and I thought she'd fall, so I let her lay in it (without me) until bedtime. :lol:

I guess you are and I bet if you look hard enough you will find one but somehow I dont think she will like it nearly as much as yours.

LOL no yoour right she probably wouldnt.Now my new problem is the Christmas Tree.Phoenix can see it from her tank and now she is the one who is in awe.I am not sure whats worse Drago and the balloon or Phoenix and the tree

Boy I wished Magick liked riding on our backs head up. No, she has to climb up our shoulders and down our backs. Can't tell you how many times I have had to yell for Phil to help me. One time Phil had Magick on his chest while playing a computer game and all of a sudden he yells at me to come and I found Magick on her head stuck between Phil's back and the back of the chair. She had climbed over his shoulder and slide down his back by the time I got there. He thought she was on his upper back until he felt her slide and was afraid to move for fear of hurting her.

Last year, Semi had a nonstop black beard daily because he thought our Christmas Tree was a mortal enemy. This year, he lays and stares at the lights like he is amazed by it.

Diane, Sabrina looks cozy in your hoodie.

Well she doesnt seem at all frightened by it which I thought she might being as I just recently moved her into that room and into a new tank but as usual my fearless princess just goes right up to it.I know I will find her on the top of that tree one day soon :mrgreen:
