Toothless, as most of you know, differs alot from his parents, and just because I want to be sure, I've been investigating to figure it out. One of the main tells will be his nails.

Now see, my previous bearded dragin had normal nails, and they had a very distinct strip of black on the top. I've heard people saying hypo's nails are completely clear.

Toothless's nails look clear, with a teeny light light grey line in them. I wasn't sure if this still qualified him or not- as I am not an expert in hypo's.

I shined a flashlight on his feet while he was bathing, and hopefully these shots are good enough so that you can tell.
