Humidity levels???

Can someone tell me what the acceptable humidity level is please.

Less than 40%. Beardies can get respiratory infections otherwise.

I want to keep an eye on this as the girls got a fish tank and want to keep it in their room whis is also where Ozzy is kept. If it gets too high I will remove the tank.
