How to Post Links?

Hi all, I would like to post a link to my blog in my signature. Could anybody tell me how to do that? Also Everytime I try to add an avatar it tells me that the size is too big, how so I resize? Sorry if this is in the wrong thread Thanks all

Hello.
1. To add links to your signature would require the <> tags surrounding the internet link
2. Avatar pics should only be 100x100 pixels or a file size of 16.00 KB or less.
