How to mount reptisun terrarium hood inside tank?

I’m not sure how this reptisun terrarium hood works. I have a mesh screen so I want to mount it inside of tank so I can also have my heat lamp above the screen. Is it okay to use Velcro adhesives to mount it inside?

Cable ties pushed through the mesh to form a loop around the hood at each end , or even some 20 pound breaking strain monofilament fishing line , or some string .

Not optimal, is best if the end of T5HO tube is adjacent and close as physically possible to the basking globe so the dragon gets it's highest levels of UVA & UVB while basking , it should be mounted as close to directly above as possible rather than at the top of the back wall and pointing out of the tank (front opening) or at the front of the tank.
