How to collect small crickets

So when feeding a young dragon small crickets and they don't eat all of them, what is the best way to pick up the small ones and put them back in their container? They seem too small and fragile for me to grab with my manly hands. I feel like I will accidentally crush them in my fingers without effort. They hop a lot too and are really small, so how do you collect those small ones without killing them?

Chase them into a corner and cup them all in your hand instead of picking them up individually? I've been just hand feeding my beardie lately so there arent crickets all over his cage.

Feed him in a seperate container and then just dump the remaining crickets back into their tub when he's finished.

I hated touching them so I used a small cup with a playing card. Place cup on top, swoosh playing card underneath and lift! Flip cup upright so cric falls to bottom and then dump into bin! PITA but it works for peeps like me that HATE touching crickets! LOL
