How to clean foam magnetic rock ledge?

So I have this magnetic rock ledge that is made of foam and Mushu loves to poop all over it! It's not sanitary at all however I clean it the best I can using vinegar and scrubbing the poop off of the ledge. I don't know how to clean it, as it is such a pain, but I love how it looks in his cage and he loves to sit on it! So how do I clean it since it is made of foam? Has anyone else had this problem? Just wanting to do a deep tank clean ( As I do this every month ) but don't know how to clean it! Any help is very much appreciated!

I had one of those for a while. They're so porous it's tough to clean them completely. I'd run it under hot water for a while to clean it off then spray it with F10 to disinfect it. That's about the best I could do with it. I eventually put it in storage and use those strong magnets on the fridge.

What did you replace it with? as this is is basking spot so just trying find a good one.

Nothing directly. I used it as a floor basking spot in the kitchen for a while and replaced that with a flat top ceramic/rock hide. In the main tank I have a composite bridge, a ceramic flat top rock/hide, and a habba hut. Propped up on those is two flat pieces of driftwood. I like using driftwood a lot when I can find pieces that are small and flat. Wood can be rinsed and baked to clean it off. Composite and ceramic can be cleaned with vinegar and F10 just like the tile floor which makes it pretty easy. There are lots of good options though. If you want something that sits up higher like your rock ledge, you might try building a fleece hammock like this https://www.etsy.com/listing/630226806/fleece-triangle-hammocks-for-bearded You might want to use a metal eyelet in each corner and hang it from command hooks which will be a bit stronger for larger dragons than suction cups are.
