How old was you dragon when it quit growing

I have two girls that are now about 5 months old and and Yoshi is 17" and Kengo is 15". I would like to know because they havent really grown much the last month and half, only about 1/2". I would also like to know how big their heads are, my girls are only a little over 1" between their eyes 2"ish from ear to ear. I ask this because I know the feeding rule but if my girls are done growning is it ok to feed them adult male roaches. I have on rare occation given them adults and they have had no issues eating them other than some additional chewing.

Scott, mine are 7 months old + and a year +. the two younger ones are still growing... and we are talking 22-23" respectively.
Might want to get a fecal done, and post your enclosure items. something might be amiss.

Wow, are they GG, they are the biggest i have ever heard of! Gizmo is 2yrs, 21" and 630 grams, The space between her eyes is just shy of 2"

my vivs are set up properly as per advice I got on this site. I didnt think there was a problem with their size I was just curious about when everyone elses quit growing.
