How often should I REALLY be feeding her Phoenix worms?

Brak, who we approximate to be just over a year old, has been especially picky lately. She won't eat significant amounts of veggies, and I thought she was starting to look a little thin in the middle (despite still having excellent fat stores in her "cheeks", and tail and still having beefy little arms and legs)... so I bought a few tubs of worms and she's been putting the hurt on them for 2-3 days now and her belly is rounding out a bit more. But of course now she REALLY doesn't want veg. She'll still eat spaghetti squash, but it's making her poops soft and mushy, despite having a basking spot of 105. So I wanted to lay off the squash. But the greens go mostly untouched except for a few bites in passing.

since i got a beardie i have done allot of reading and phoenix worms are a perfect diet for a beardie your lil one can eat them daily with no issues but if shes younger then a year old vigies are hard to convince to beardies who haven't been eating them as hatchlings so you mite have to wait until shes almost a year old but never stop offering greens eventfully she will try some and lil by lil shell start craving them, that how it worked for me my Ezio is only 5 months old and he only likes collard greens and even so will only have a lil a day

Can just withhold worms or anything other than greens. When he gets hungry, he will eat greens. My little girl has been on a greens boycott for a few days now too but she's only 4 months old. The trick I do is feed her an early dinner and then come morning, she is hungry and will eat greens. But as long as yours has good fat stores, he can easily go a day or 2 with no food.
