How much?

I have a 5 year old male bearded dragon that I've had for a week. The people who had him before me said they fed him about 50 crickets once a week and veggies and fruit everyday. How many crickets should I be feeding and when. Also what are good veggies and fruits for him to eat. I want to mix up his diet. I have given him super worms and mealworms. He loves them both but I just found out mealworms are bad for them so I won't be giving them again. How many super worms and when?

Hi . Id say 3 or 4 superworms at feeding and beautifuldragons.com has a good chart of what veggies and fruit to feed.
