My two little men are happy and healthy, but I have a question regarding vitamins. I spritz their veggies three times a week with three squirts of Zilla vitamin supplement with beta carotene, but the three squirts is a total guess; I picked that number out of thin air. There's no info on the bottle about how many sprays per treatment - it just says "spray on food then let dry". Any ideas? Dubs is 14 months old, 19" and a smidge under a pound. He loves anything green - kale, collards, turnip greens, mustard greens, sliced green beans, and dandelions. He will eat the occasional shredded yam or squash. Richard is 16 months old, 22" and 1 lb. 4 oz. He's a pickier eater - squash, collards, red kale and pea pods are his favorites. They both get dusted gut-loaded crickets every other day, and will eat 30-50 each time. (Don't panic - they're in separate enclosures and don't have any contact with each other).
I don't want them to suffer from a vitamin overdose if I'm giving too much, but how the heck are we supposed to know how much they should get? None of the other brands at the pet store had any amounts in their instructions either.
Thanks for any advice.
