How much to feed!!!??! URGENT!

OK, heres the deal... I've had my beardie for a little over a year. He's always been a good eater. I just dont know what to give him anymore... He eats freeze dried meal worms all the time, and i know those are supposedly bad, but he's been on them since he was a baby and is still just fine. He eats a dead pinky mouse every other day. He gets free range greens, changed daily. The type of greens changes every two days. He eats plenty of different fruit and vegetables with his morning meal. I also dust with calcium and d3 three meals a week. I would love if someone could come up with a plan for me that consists of two feedings, and incorporates all the things i mentioned above. I just need an amount for him... i just dont know how much to feed. Hes a 13-14 month old male dragon, and i would love ANY advice on feeding him or help forming a feeding plan. Right now i just toss a seemingly reasonable amount into his cage twice a day... please help!

Try medium superworms and hornworms. Much better + waaaay more nutritious than freeze dried. Also, crickets + dubias. The more variety the better. If he's eating greens well, that's a real plus. Try some of those changes and things should improve. if you need a good bug supplier, there's lindasgonebuggy, Mulberry Farms, Ghann's crickets, Great Lakes hornworms.

Stop feeding him pinkies and freeze-dried mealworms. I know you say he's fine and healthy but he may not show any symptoms of being unhealthy. The greens are great. Feed greens everyday and crickets/superworms every other day dusted with calcium. Dust with multivitamin once a week. Feed as many as he will eat in 10-15 minute sessions twice a day.
