How much is too much?

Alf was weighed on May 8th and weighed 343 grams, we got her a new UVB bulb a ouple of weeks ago and she really stated to eat again,she had not been wanting to eat real well. No,her UVB was not out of date,as a matter of fact I replaced it like 3 weeks early.We weighed her yesterday and she weighs 392 grams,is that too much to gain in 3 weeks? I am so happy that she is eating,I just don't want her gaining too much weight too fast. BTW we always use the same scales,we don't own them,but they have to be accurate because of the work my husband does,he has to use them.

Glad to hear she is eating better for you again. I wouldn't say that is too much to gain in 3 weeks but could you provide a little more info on your dragon? How old is she, how long is she? If you could also provide a current picture that may help too.

Sorry about that,I forgot I wasn't posting in my Pictures thread. Alf will be 11 months old this Thursday and weighs 392 grams and 17 1/4 inches long and I have had her since December. She started ot eating real well for a couple of weeks,just maybe every other day. Her UVB light was due to be changed the middle of this month (June),but when her light came (reptiSUN 10.0) I went ahead and changed it out and changed from just crickets to crickets and superworms. Her eating picked up and she is doing much better. There are several pictures (recent) in the beardie tales forum under Pictures (and my name).

Based on size, weight, and the pictures I saw, she looks like a good healthy dragon. I wouldn't worry about it at all.
