I'm looking at making a 5' x 3' x 2' vivarium for my beardie. I know keeping a shallow water dish for them to dip in as they please is good but I was considering creating a "babbling brook" for him in the viv. Basically I'm looking a t a large water dish and adding an air stone to the water so it ripples and he can see the water. I'm hoping this will entice him to drink. Now I know the extra water means extra humidity, so how much is too much? is the 30% - 40% range ideal?.
It's going to be crossfire style build and I'm thinking because of the extra size, more water should be OK.
Any ideas, thoughts, or general response would be appreciated.
