How many super worms?

Im getting a 4 month old 16 inch (yea I know he is huge) bearded dragon. Im planning on keeping him on supers as a staple, how many supers should I feed him a day?

Super worms are better for older beardies like yours but they are still not very good because they have exoskeletons. Mealworms are horrible and cause impaction. You could try any solf bellied worms like pheniox worms and horned worms. Wax worms can also be used but as treats because they are fatty.
