How many Phoenix Worms = 1 cricket??

I was wondering, nutritionally, how many Phoenix worms = 1 cricket??

My Beardie is eating about 15 crickets and 25-30 Phoenix worms a day. Is it a 1:1 ratio (will fill him up equally and give him equal nutrition) or are Phoenix worms more filling/nutritious - so that every 1 Phoenix worm equals 2 crickets (or is it the other way around)? I put phoenix worms in his viv in the morning and he eats about half of them within an hour but finishes them off by the evening. I'm just trying to compare his food intake to other beardies his age. So if someone says that their beardie eats 60 crickets a day - would the Phoenix worm equivalent of that be 60 worms or would it be less or more to equal the same amount of nutrition?

Also, if he's eating that many Phoenix worms, should I still dust his crickets or will that be too much calcium for the day??

I'm interested to hear what everyone has to say too. I've heard people say that worms are more filling. I guess it would also depend on the size of both. I was feeding crickets probably a little under a 1/2 inch and he was eating around 40-50 a day. I finally got him eating his phoenix worms (medium) a couple days ago and he plowed through about 30 this morning and 30 this afternoon. I'm sure he'll eat some more later. I've only had my beardie 2 weeks so maybe he's just eating more because he's more comfortable, but from my limited experience, mine seems to eat more worms than crickets.

I doubt it's quantifiable - too many variables. You should be dusting your crickets with calcium, so then how much calcium sticks to each cricket? Probably no way to know. Phoenix worms are good because they are calcium rich and easy to manage, as compared to crickets, which are generally a pain and will nibble on your beardie given the chance. It's more a convenience thing than anything, as dusted crickets do just as well as Phoenix worms. They are just more bother, although cheaper.
