How many hours of sleep do beardies need?

I'm trying to remember exactly how many hours Beardies need of sleep a night and how many hours of light in the day they need. Just want to make sure my boys are getting the proper amount of each.

Also, how often do the uvb lights need to be replaced? Once every 6 months or once a year?

I let mine get 12 hours of UVB. Mine go to bed at 10 and get up at 9. They know right when lights go on and off UVB needs changed every 7 months.

They need between 12-14 hours of "daylight" under their UVBs and basking lights. Mine gets up at 5am and goes to sleep at 7pm
