How many dubias should I be feeding my dragon

I have two dragons and they are both roughly 8-9 months old, and I have always had trouble figuring out if im feeding too little or too much. right now I give them each 8 1/2 medium sized roaches twice a day and salad about 3-4 times a week, but im not sure if this is too little to feed.

At that age, they only need bugs 4x weekly, or approximately every other day, supplemented with daily salads. During each feeding of bugs, provide as many as they will eat within about 15 minutes.
