How Long do they last

How long do the repti sun 10.0 last? Like how long till i replace.

I guess you must be talking about the fluorescent tube. That should be replaced every 5 to 6 months as that is when they decline.

ok thankyou i ordered a new one. my dad had to see that they only last 5- 6 months so i just orded one

is an 18 inch good for an 50 gallon

You might want to go with a 24" but since the UVB should be right alongside the basking bulb at the right distance of 6 to 8", then he should be able to get enough exposure while he is basking.
