how do you put pic on your signature?

I want to put a picture of Miss Booger on my signature and on the right side of my posts, not sure how to do that, anyone ?

In your User Control Panel go to the profile tab, then to the Edit Avatar Tab. Add a picture and that will add the picture to the right side of your posts.

For the signature again go to the User Control Panel/Profile Tab, then to the Edit Signature. Click on the IMG button and you can add a picture to your signature.
