I have a hovabator and i can keep my eggs at the right temps but not the right humidity if i keep the lid off and let them incubate it stays between 70 and 80 but when i put the lid on it shoots up to 99 and some of them have deflated and dried and have some kind of yellow fungus. Do i keep them? I separated them from the good eggs. Do i keep the lid off or on? And how can i keep the humidity down?

What substrate are you using and are you positive it's not too wet ? For now you should keep the lid off. BTW, are you sure they are fertile ? The ones that collapsed + are moldy can be thrown away. Post pics of all of them first though, a few pics like this to show their condition, including the moldy ones.
