How do I get rid of this..?

Leo decided to drag his tail through his poo and smear it all across his enclosure, everything else came off but some specks and stains are still on his substrate (cabinet liner) and I swear I’ve scrubbed it so much but it isn’t going away… how do I get rid of it? I don’t want him walking all over his own feces

That texture is hard to clean - I would try and find something w/ some texture but w/ out the grooves in it - have you tried a scrub brush like for dishes?

This is how I clean my cabinet liner.
1. Disinfect with 50/50 vinegar/ water
2. Clean with all purpose liquid cleaner
3. Spray with water and remove cleaner
4. Spray with Walmart Great Value Bathroom cleaner with bleach,
let sit for @ 5 minutes (Removes all stains)
5. Take outside and (water) hose down, then sun dry. Looks like new!
Been using this method for over (2) years all dragons still alive. LOL

i use the type that is not like foam, more like a sheet of plastic. i figured in the beginning the foam like stuff would do exactly that. Amazon.com (that link is not the exact one i have, but it is pretty much the same thing.)

Wal Mart... Didn't want anything with holes but a rough surface.
Have never replaced... females scratch but no holes.
