How can i encourage my dragon to eat fruit and veg?

Hi, my bearded dragon is 10weeks old and he's totally not interested in his fruit and veg! Is there any tips on how I can get him to eat them as I don't want him to be like this when he's older.

Hi! At this age, it is actually very uncommon to get a beardie to eat fruit and veggies, so it's recommended to just keep offering "salad" and replacing it, as they won't know it is a food source unless it is constantly offered. I've heard of some people who have had success by putting their beardie's insects (mainly worms as other types will get out) in their food bowl along with the "salad", so when they go for the insects, they take a bit of the veg as well and get used to it. Otherwise there is also a product called Bearded Dragon Bites, but really, I wouldn't worry about it at all, as at his age he really needs a lot of protein and a little bit of veg, but don't worry, he'll get used to it!! Have fun with your baby!

Hello again, thanks for answering all my question, you've been a real help! I've tried putting some worms with his 'salad' and today he has got some when he went in to eat them so everything is good! And going back to yesterday, about him not being himself and not eating a lot, well he's back to his normal self today so I don't really know what was wrong with him.
