how big does a dragon need to be before he can eat a meal worm... not as a food but maybe like 3 or 4 a day.

My personal answer is never.Mealworms although fed to many beardies is not really a great thing for them.They carry a high impaction risk and have little to no nutritional value.You would be much better off with silks,butters,pheonix or hornworms.

Did you maybe mean superworms? 16" is the minimum.
