Housing two females

Hey guys
I know through experience plus many books and advice, that putting two beardies together is bad, but that was a male and a female.
How would a 2 year old mellow tempered female react to a younger female, maybe 8 month old?

Is this still best avoided? or will females get along if no male is present?

Hey, Everyone's advise on here is to keep them apart not matter what age, sex, size etc. You just never know how they are going to be together. Even if they don't fight, one is likely to dominate the other and take all the best basking spots, eat more of the food etc. And worse case scenario is you'll come back to a dead beardie

That being said, I have read a few stories of people housing 2 beardies together without a problem. Although they might be fine together, one day one of them could just turn.

Obviously I am just going on what I have read on here so you must make your own decisions but I would say, Is it really worth the risk?

Thanks for the reply, to be honest i didnt think it would be wise. just wanted to check and dream i guess
I did have Stimpy and Liz together at one point n that soon had to change. He was a very dominating male though so i wont sure how Liz would react to another female.
