So thank you sir or madam for making me feel like I should not come here to ask my questions for fear of being JUDGED or ridiculed. I truly hope at some point in your life when you are faced with a challenge another will not treat you as you have presumed to treat me.

wow...

that's a bit harsh

i dont think hyporollo was trying to be insensitive. i know people have fears but honestly the dubia roaches dont really even seem like roaches to me lol

i got them once at a reptile show(my mom was like "why did you bring THOSE in my house" lol so no more roaches she was afraid they would infest our house and we would be forever known as "those people with all the roaches running around in their house" lol even though i told her that wouldnt be possible

but they really didnt seem gross at all and i think they were kind of cute

oh well also no one was trying to say you were a bad mommy just saying that roaches are a great staple and that if possible getting them would be great. but if not that is ok. i dont feed roaches and i am a great mommy

it wasnt a personal attack saying that you couldnt afford the hornworms/silkworms just saying that they get pricey and eat a TON of food and not only are they expensive but their food is too i know i wouldnt be able to afford to feed them as a staple

you sound like you are doing a great job and i am glad she liked the supers and hornworms
when my guys see a hornworms their eyes get huge  lol it is so cute

good luck

Alright, you want to play the grammar game, kid? Ironically, I can't say your sentences were 100% grammatically correct as well. For example, your first sentence wasn't even a complete sentence.
But seriously, grammar cop posts are going out of style fast. :>

I dont have dubia. I have lobster roaches.

I see your somewhat close minded on the subject.

Good luck

ummm, you can nearly freeze most of the common roaches and they will still have a high survival rate...

Dubias and discoids, I have had customers miss their shipment and the carrier leaves the box in the snow on their porch for over an hour. Customer calls and says they are all dead....I tell them to get them in the warmth and wait....hour later they are up and moving.

and you think someone's air conditioner is gonna phase them?

Wow, I find that pretty disturbing. And that definitely doesn't improve my opinion of roaches, LOL. Just proves that they're all the more disgustingly tougher than nails, in how they can survive through nearly everything.

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
Mirage entered brumation yesterday, I'm gonna miss hanging out with my little guy.
