Hornworms and bell pepper leaves?

OK, so I know that hornworms who have eaten tomato leaves are toxic for reptiles, but what about bell pepper leaves? I have searched the internet and it seems that a few people think the same applies to bell pepper plants, but many people think it is just tomato and tobacco leaves.

Understanding that the two plants are in the same family, I was looking for some thoughts on whether I can feed hornworms to a BD after they had eaten bell pepper leaves.
