Just stay close by and supervise. Once you get to know her habits a bit more you can try and set up a safe area in a room with nothing loose on the floor she could eat and places she can get behind should be blocked off if you can't reach her there. She may enjoy looking out of a window too if you have a large window sill or a way to rig something for her to sit near a window. Start easy and work your way up in time as you get to know her habits a bit more.
