Hi so when i let AJ out his viv hell run around for say 4/5 mins then go and hide under my radiator where he could stay for hours even when its not on, his temps in his cage are around 100-105°F under the basking light and around 75-80°F in the cool down end, any reason why this would be??

Hello,

They are masters of disguise! LOL
I think most of them tend to do the same thing, run around for a few minutes, then look for a
nice cool dark place to hide & take a nap!
You could try setting up a little basking light area on a light stand, to give an option for him to
warm up when he's out running around.
