Admittedly I have not been the best father to my beautiful bearded dragon. Honestly I have been rather A horrible parent. I don't know what her temperatures are because my temperature gauges have stopped working because they were those black bands. And her cage looks meh. Anyways I'm trying to give her a better life now.

I'm glad you're trying to provide the best life possible for your buddy. I definitely advise getting a good thermometer. Either a digital one with a couple of probes to monitor the basking area and cool side, or a temp gun like this https://www.amazon.com/Nubee-Temperature-Non-contact-Infrared-Thermometer/dp/B00CVHIJDK

Shoot for a basking area of 100-105ish with areas around that in the 90s and a cool side of about 75-80.
