I'm a new beardie owner---(though not entirely new to beardies as my roommate has Bentley an adult male) and adopted Lowan the hatchling from a rescue who was at a local expo about three weeks ago.
Lowan is an itty bitty little hatchling of unknown age but considering s/he *just* shed and after three weeks home measures at most 6 inches nose to tail tip and weighs exactly 10 grams s/he probably isn't more than a month or two.
Already hunting for their final big tank and by New Years at the latest s/he will be in their final enclosure. So far so good in terms of eating, pooping and drinking---just wish I could entice them to at least taste the veggie mix (arugula, escarole, dandelion, collard greens, squash and green beans this month---I buy a little fresh fruit each week and add it in) but hopefully that'll come with age)
