Hi
My name is Bri, and I have been following this lovely site for about 2 months now, trying to get as much good information as I can everyone on here seems like they generally really want to help people like me lmao
I will be the proud owner of a leatherback baby in the next month or so I am too excited! I have been lucky enough to get a 40 gallon tank with the works from a co-worker that I met when I got hired at Petsmart, so the rest will be pretty easy..except I have a few questions...if anyone would be so kind as to help me :?
I pretty much have everything figured out when it comes to what I will be feeding him/her...twice a day,everyday...greens in the morning to nibble on, dusting one meal a day with calcium everyday, twice a week with the multivitamin..the basics are down pat for me where I am getting stuck with is what I should feed the new baby as a staple..I have been researching alot on dubia roaches...but I have also been looking up Repti and Calci worms online..as well as silkworms, hornworms ahaha there are so many things!
I was thinking of doing a different food every week...one week do crickets...the next week dubia roaches..the next repti worms...and so on and so forth..money isn't an issue with me..I want and will do anything possible for my new baby, reguardless of price..I want to spoil him/her rotten  Should I stay with a certain one of these until the baby gets old enough to have this variety? If so, which one would you guys suggest I use as a staple? The rest I can use as the variety..I can get good discounts on my crickets since I work at Petsmart..but I have heard that they can carry parasites..and I don't want my poor baby to go through that..
So what do you guys think?? Any feedback would be greatly apreciated! Thanks in advanced! You guys are lifesavers!
